Reporting a defect
If an item gets broken or it needs to be checked by the maintenance, users can fill out defect reports on browser and on the mobile app.
Reporting a defect on browser
- Go to the item page of the defected item
- Click "Report defect" on the top right corner of the item page
- Fill in summary and description, unless advised otherwise by your organization's key user, and click Create.
- A new open maintenance will appear on both item page and on the Maintenance > Maintenance work
Depending on your organization's settings you may have less fields visible than in the example picture.
Reporting a defect on mobile
- Open the item page on the mobile app
- Select " Report Defect"
- Fill in a summary and a description: what happened or what is not working
- Click "Save" on the top right corner of the page
- The defect reported will appear on the item page
