Forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

Getting a new password

1. Open your Trail environment

2. From log in page, click: Forgot your password?

3. To 'Username', write the email address you use to log in to Trail. After this click: Send

4. You will receive new password to your email. 

5. After logging in with new password, please update it to a new one.

You can do this by clicking My profile from upper right corner. 

On Change password, write down new one and click on Save.
