Scheduled maintenance -tab

On the Scheduled maintenance -tab, you can see all upcoming maintenances and maintenances that are past deadline. This page allows to follow and plan the upcoming scheduled maintenances. As a default, the page lists all the upcoming maintenances for the next three months, and all the ones where the maintenance has not been started on time.

The maintenances are sorted by closest to due date. By clicking the column titles, you can change the order of the listed maintenances.


Search for maintenances

You can use the free text search field to search maintenances by item, maintenance plan, or location. From the advanced search, you can search with additional information:

  • Item type - Search by items' item type
  • Department - Search by items' department
  • Model category - Search by items' model category
  • Location - Search a specific location. By searching for parent location, you can get a list of all the maintenances on that location and its' sub locations.
  • Maintenance between - Change the time range of shown maintenances. Counted from the due date.
  • Assigned to users - Search which maintenances have been assigned for a specific user.
  • States - State of maintenances (planned; in progress; on demand; passed; missing information).
    • On demand - Maintenance plan for interval maintenances without next time day calculation.
    • Missing information - When the maintenance has never been done for item, and there is no information from where to start the counting from for the first time, for example missing purchased date.
  • Activity state -
    • Active - Default. Active scheduled maintenances.
    • Disabled - Scheduled maintenance has been disabled by user.
    • Inactive - Scheduled maintenances for deleted items or maintenance plans.
  • Added as - Has maintenance plan been added to model (adds it to all the items in it), or separately to a specific item.

Reschedule or assign user to maintenance task

1. Select the maintenances you want to reschedule or assign. You can select one or multiple.

2. Click Schedule or assign selected

3. You can select when the maintenance will be performed from the calendar. You can select multiple dates by dragging the mouse for the needed time period. 

4. You can assign user or users from Assigned to users, if you know who should perform the maintenance work.

5. Click Schedule or assign

6. The upcoming Due date will be based on the schedule you have added and the assigned user is now shown.

Plan or close planned maintenances

  • Plan maintenances for selected items - Starts the maintenance inspection for the item. Allows to schedule the working days, location, tools and description.
  • Close planned maintenances - Allows to perform maintenance work for selected item or items from this page. All the information on the closed maintenances will be identical to all the items.
