Replacement lamp

This instruction goes through how to report a replaced lamp on light fixture.

Attach lamp model to light fixture

1. Make sure the replacement lamp's item type is: Replacement lamp. These lamps can be created as consumables to Trail.

2. Open the light fixture's model card. From Add lamp, select the replacement lamp model that belongs to this light fixture type.

Note! If you do not see section: Add lamp, please change the type to be: Light Fixture

Replacing lamp

1. Open light fixture's item card.

2. From Maintenance's, click: Replace lamp. Select the lamp model, department and location, from where the lamp has been taken from. Click Save.

3. Information of lamp change will be saved under: Maintenances. One lamp has automatically been written-off from consumable's stock.
