Attaching an unlinked label on mobile

Attaching an unmarked label

1. Open the mobile app

2. Click Menu - Items

3. From item list, open the item card

4. Click barcode -symbol 

5. Scan the QR-code (from label)

6. Trail asks: 'The identity  was not found. Do you want to attach this tag for this item?' Click YES

7. The label has now been linked to item card and it will replace Trail's shown identifier.

  1. If the customer is using their own old label, the unlinked label should be entered in the "My identifier" field in Trail.
