Reservation scan history

Viewing and Searching Scan Actions in Reservations

Users with access to the Admin module can view a list of all scan actions related to reservations.

This view helps you track how items and models move through different stages of use — from planning to return or removal.

The list includes the following scan actions:

Plan – The item or model has been planned to be used in a reservation.
Collect – The item or model has been collected for a reservation.
Return – The item has been returned to the reservation.
Destroy – The item or model has been removed from the reservation (for example, when discarded or decommissioned).
Cancelled - Scanning item or model out was cancelled.

You can easily find specific actions or items using the search and filter tools:

Free text search – Search by model name, item/model identifier, or the name of the user who performed the action.
Item type filter – Use the dropdown menu to select an item type and view only those related results.
Date range – In the upper right corner, select a date range to filter results by time period.
