Model list

The list of models that have individual items in Trail can be found from: Items - Models.

This view is great if you need to quickly see for example how many items you have of each model, possible renewal prices, edit model information, or if needed, merge duplicate models.

Merging models

Before merging duplicate models, see if the models consist different maintenance plans. The maintenance plans will not merge. Add all the missing ones to the model that you will use as the main one.

1. Open Items - Models

2. Search for model, if needed.

3. Click the two paper icon on the right side of the model row you want to merge and drag the duplicate model over the correct model where you want to merge.

4. A pop-up box will appear asking if you want to confirm the model merging. 

• This will move all the items from the duplicate model to the correct main model and delete the other one.

5. Click 'OK'. The models will be merged.

6. If the item amount is not shown correctly immediately, please wait a little bit and then refresh the page.

Delete model

Note! You cannot delete a model, if it consists any items. 

1. To delete model, click the trash can icon from the model row.

2. Trail will ask are you sure you want to delete model. Click OK.

3. The model has now been deleted.

4. You can find all the deleted models from the search possibilities by selecting: Show only deleted models
