Lendings module

Lendings allows to lend out equipment without knowing the ending time at the start. It is a good way to lend out uniforms or tools for example. Lendings that have been done through the lendings terminal can be followed in Trail under the Lendings module.

Trail Lendings App is an additional service and is not included in the basic Trail license. Please contact sales@trail.fi if you are interested in finding out more.

From lendings module you are able to search lendings with following ways:

• Free text search: Search with model name or user
• Filter by state: Find returned, deleted items, or items that are currently out in use
• User: Find what items a specific user has needed

Lendings' list shows following columns: current state, item (if individual), model name, user using the equipment, description (during the deletion there has been given a reason why item was deleted), department of the item, location of the item, start time of the lending, ending time of the lending.
