General information about Trail Sharing

Trail Sharing is an extension of Trail Asset Management solution. Trail Sharing enables the sharing of assets across organizations and the establishment of shared inventories between different Trail environments.

When Trail Sharing is enabled, organizations using Trail can:

• Create asset-sharing networks with trusted partners
• Define which item units are visible and reservable (=shared)
• Create reservations for the shared assets
• Approve or reject asset reservations made by sharing partners
• Collect and return reserved assets using Trail mobile/web applications
• Create shared locations (shared warehouse) with sharing partners

How to enable Trail Sharing functionality?
