Item card (mobile)
You can open item's item card by scanning the item's identifier (barcode button at the top row), or by navigating to: Menu > Items > Search for the item by name or identifier.
The item card allows you to:
- Add an image to the item > click the image area to upload a photo for the item.
- Print a label
- Create new defect report or open ongoing maintenances
- Update item's location
- Audit the item > Confirm the item is still located at the specified location
- View the item's basic information or check its attachments
- Tags – if your organization uses tags, you can update the item's tags.
Parent items' additional features (e.g., transport equipment):
Requires item to have "Can contain items" setting on. With this, item card will display additional options:
- Unload case – Removes the content. The content items will be located to the parent item's physical location.
- Start inventory (only iOS) – Allows to easily scan other items as content. Scanning happens with the barcode button.
- Follow content items – The content items are listed at the bottom of the item card.
Top row of the item card:
The top row of the item card includes NFC and barcode icons, as well as a menu. These allow you to delete the item, add an unlinked identifier, add content to the item, or open the next item's item card.
- Removing an item
- Click the three-dot button
- Select Delete
- You can add a reason and a detailed description
- Select Remove.
- The item is now softly removed.
Note! By clicking the three dots again, you can either restore the item back to active status or permanently delete it. Softly removed items can be reviewed in the web version if needed.

- View information of another item
- Click the barcode icon and scan the identifier of the item you want to add as content.
- Click View
- This opens the item card of the scanned item.
Updating will add the scanned item as part of this main item's contents.
