Calendar view (maintenance tasks)
The calendar view helps visualize upcoming, ongoing, and completed maintenance tasks all in one place. The calendar makes scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks easy and visual.
Where can you find the calendar?
- It is available on the page Maintenance > Calendar View.
- It allows to quickly see when maintenance is scheduled, which maintenance tasks are pending scheduling, and which have already been completed.

Using the calendar view
- You can switch view between month, week, or day.
- The Agenda lists the maintenance tasks in a vertical format and shows the due dates.
- By clicking on a maintenance task, you can check its details.
- Through advanced search, you can filter tasks by department, category, or location.
Maintenance event filters
In the calendar, you can select which maintenance events are displayed. Available filters are:
- Planned maintenance: Applies to scheduled maintenance plans.
- Closed Defects: Shows reports that have been closed.
- Scheduled maintenance deadlines: The due dates for time-sensitive maintenance.
- Scheduled defects: Defect reports that have been assigned a schedule.
- Unscheduled defects: Defect reports that have not been assigned a schedule. The schedule can be set from the maintenance task details.
