Model reservations -page
From the model reservations -page, you can check how many items of each model are available at a specific time.
The view includes models of individual items, stock models, and consumables. Model reservations can be found on the page Reservations → Model reservations.
How the view works
- By default, the page shows the models that have reservations during the selected time period, including past and already returned reservations. If a specific model is missing from the list, you can search for it by its' name or category.
- By clicking the quantity of a model, you can see more detailed information about which reservations the unavailable items belong to.
- If some unavailable items are not shown under any reservation, the reason may be, for example, an active defect report.
- In the view, an item appears as reserved for the entire duration of the reservation period, even if the item has been returned early.
Search and filtering
- You can check the status of a specific model by searching for it by name or category.
- At the top of the view, you can adjust the displayed time period according to your needs.
- Note the “Include lendings” button: If this is selected, lendings are included in the availability information. This function applies to organizations that use the lending functionality in addition to reservations.
