Model reservations -page
From the model reservations -page, you can check how many items of each model are available at a specific time.
The view includes models of individual items, stock models, and consumables.
Model reservations can be found on the page Reservations → Model reservations.
Search and filtering
- By default, the page shows models that have reservations during the currently displayed time period.
- If a specific model is missing from the list, you can search for it by name or category.
- At the top of the view, you can adjust the displayed time period according to your needs.
Additional search filters
- Include lendings: If enabled, lendings are included in the availability information. This function applies to organizations that use the lending functionality in addition to reservations.
- Count returned as available: If enabled, returned items will count as available before the reservation ends.
- Count planned as available: If enabled, planned reservation items are not deducted from the total number of available items.
- Show max available: If enabled, each cell shows the minimum and maxmimum available count during the day.
Model availability by date
- By clicking the quantity of a model, you can see more detailed information about which reservations the unavailable items belong to.
- In this view you can also see if any items are broken or under maintenance.
- By clicking the chart button, you can follow the availability over time.
