Widgets: Upcoming transports and My transports
With the transport widgets you can follow the status of transports and move them forward straight from the homepage, without opening the Transport page. There are two widgets, and they complement each other:
- Upcoming transports shows which transports are coming up and in progress
- My transports brings together the transports that are related to you.
In both, you can see the status of a transport at a glance and approve, start or finish a transport with a single click.
The widgets require that the Transport module is enabled.

What the widgets show
In both widgets, each row is one transport. The row shows:
- Status: the status of the transport as a coloured label, for example Planned, Approved or Started
- Title: the name of the transport. Click the title to open the transport's own page.
- Date: The earliest date the transport is set to start.
- Action buttons: buttons that change according to the status of the transport
If there are more transports than fit in the widget, you can browse them with the arrows in the top right corner of the list. Next to the arrows you can see which rows are shown and how many transports there are in total, for example 1–2 (2).
At the top of the widget there is also a Search field, which you can use to search for a transport among your own transports.
Through the widgets you can easily, for example, approve a transport request (requires editor-level user rights).
In the widget you only change the status of the transport. Collecting the items and delivering them to the destination is done by scanning with Trail's mobile app.
