Costume Sets

Costume sets keep a production’s costumes organised in Trail.

A costume set belongs to the production under which it is created.

The All costume sets page helps you search across productions.

Create a costume set

  1. Open the production
  2. Click Add new costume set

  1. Enter a Name (required)
  2. Add the other details that are useful to your team:
    • Quantity: Number of similar costume sets.
    • Location: Select an existing location (physical location, or item such as case)
    • Description: A short explanation of what the set contains.
    • Additional information: Any other details your team needs.

  1. Click Create.
  2. Trail returns to the production’s page, where the new costume set is listed.
  3. Click its name to open its card.

Use the costume set card

Each costume set gets its own card and a unique Trail identifier. The card brings its recorded information together.

From it, you can:

  • Edit - to change the set’s details.
  • Attachments - to add images or PDFs.
  • Add new costume set - to create another set.
  • Print Label - to print a barcode or QR label, if a printer has been installed for Trail.
  • Delete to remove the costume set.

The right side of the card lists the other costume sets in the same production.

Find costume sets from all productions

Open Productions → All costume sets to see costume sets across productions.

Use the search options to find the sets you need.

You can select several sets for available bulk actions, including printing labels and editing their main information.
