Costume Sets

Creating new costume set

1. Open the production

2. Click Add new costume set link

Note that the costume sets are bound to the production, under which they are created.

3. Insert the costume set information

General information

  • Name: Name of the costume set (Mandatory field)
  • Amount: Number of similar costume sets
  • Location
    • Case: If the costume set is located in another item (i.e. a cart), you can add the item as the costume set’s location. Note: the item has to be an existing item in your Trail.
    • Location: You can select an existing location for the costume set by starting to type the location name
  • Description: Free text field for adding description for the costume set
  • Additional information: Free text field for adding additional information

3. Click Create

Trail opens the production's view with the updated costume set information.

Costume set page

1. Click the name of the costume set

Costume set’s page collects the costume set’s information to one view. Trail generates a unique identifier for all costume sets. For the costume set in the image below, it is R1267365.

On the costume set’s page, you can do the following actions:

  • Edit the costume set (click Edit link on the top right corner)
  • Delete the costume set (click Delete link on the top right corner)
  • Add attachments to the costume set
    • Such as images or pdf files
  • Add a new costume sets (click Add new costume set link on the top right corner)
    • This will open a ‘Create new costume set’ page
  • Print a label with a barcode/QR-code for the costume set (Click Print Label link on the top right corner)
    • This requires an installed printer

On the right-hand side, you will see a list of all the costume sets in this production and can access their information.

Costume set list

Under productions module, the is All costume sets list view.

This view shows all the costume sets from all productions. 

  • You can use different search possibilities to find the needed costumes
  • By selecting costume sets, you are able to print labels to multiple costume sets at once, edit the main information or massdelete the selected pieces.
