The Production's View

Production view shows a general view of its main details, what schedules have been added, what kind of set pieces, costume sets, prop sets or other parts can belong to it and where are they at the current moment. 

To add any other items that have been created to Trail as unique item cards, and can be re-used in different productions, we recommend adding them as reservations to Trail. These reservations can easily be linked to a production.

In order to access the production information and edit the production:

1. Open the Productions List view (All productions)

2. Click the Production's name

3. The production's view opens

This view collects all the information regarding the production.

On the left-hand side, you will find the initial information you added when you created the production.

The field State is either Inactive, Active, or Attention (There is a problem that requires your attention)

In this view you can:

• Edit production by clicking the Edit production link on the top-right corner
• Queue the Production for deletion
  • This action moves the production from the active productions list to ‘Queued for deletion’ list. This allows you to delete the production.
• Add the production schedules
• Add and create set pieces for the production
• Add and create costume sets for the production
• Add and create prop sets for the production
• Add item models that are used in the production
• Add attachments to the production

Note that the locations section is updated according to the Transports or sets' current locations that you attach to this production. You will find the Transports user guide here.
