Prop Sets

Creating new prop set

1. Open the production

2. Click the Add new prop set link

Note that the prop sets are bound to the production, under which they are created.

3. Insert the prop set information

General information

Name: Name of the prop set (Mandatory field)
Amount: Number of similar prop sets
Location
- Case: If the prop set is located in another item (i.e. a cart), you can add the item as the prop set’s location. Note: the item has to be an existing item in your Trail.
- Location: You can select an existing location for the prop set by starting to type the location name
Description: Free text field for adding description for the prop set
Additional information: Free text field for adding additional information

3. Click Create

Trail will guide you back to the production's page.

Open the prop set’s page by clicking its name.

Prop set’s page collects the Prop set’s information to one view. Trail generates a unique identifier for all prop sets. In the image it is T1267381.

On the prop set’s page, you can do the following actions:

Edit the prop set (click Edit link on the top right corner)
Delete the prop set (click Delete link on the top right corner)
Add attachments to the prop set
- Such as images or pdf files
Add new prop sets (click Add new prop set link on the top right corner)
- This will open a ‘Create new prop set’ page
Print a label with a barcode/QR-code for the prop set (Click Print Label link on the top right corner. This requires an installed printer)

On the right-hand side you will see a list of all the prop sets in this production.

Under productions module, the is All prop sets list view.

This view shows all the prop sets from all productions.

You can use different search possibilities to find the needed prop sets.
By selecting the sets, you are able to print labels to multiple sets at once, edit the main information or massdelete the selected pieces.
