Using the Transport module

1. When transport plan is ready, a user (responsible for transport plans) needs to accept the transport.

2. Collecting and relocating items to target location can be done via Trail app (iOS version)

3. Open the Trail app. Active transports can be seen and opened from Trail homepage. If you are not able to find the correct one, select menu (upper left corner) and Transports.

4. Open the transport view by clicking its' name.

5. Currently it is also possible to decide a scan mode on would you be wanting the either plan or collect the items or sets for the transport via Trail app.

6. Click start when staring the transport.

7. Collect section shows which items need to be collected. Click the barcode icon and scan the selected items' QR- or barcode. Item will be collected to be part of transport.

Items will be driven to target location

8. To unload transport, click the barcode icon and scan location id, where the items will be added. Trail will ask you are you sure you want to the location -> Click Yes.

9. Items have been relocated to target location. 

10. Click End to end the whole transport.

Users added to transport’s ’On behalf of’ field will receive notification right away when transport has been started and marked to be ended.
