All lights

All lights -page is part of the Lights module. The lights module is an additional service and is not included in the basic Trail license. Please contact sales@trail.fi if you are interested in finding out more.

The page allows monitoring or managing in its own list view the locations of the light fixtures and to follow the lamp hours, when have they been last read and when would be the next suggested maintenance.

How to see a light fixture on this list

You can select which light fixture models will be seen on this page by selecting them separately.

1. Click Items - Models
2. Open the model's page and click Edit model
3. Make sure the model's item type is: Light fixture
4. From "Show in Lights" , select "On".
5. Save the change

What if you see a zero after the current lamp hours?

This means that you have not added the expected lamp life for the replacement lamp. You can add them from the replacement lamp's model page.

1. Click Items - Consumables
2. Open the replacement lamp model card
3. Click "Edit"
4. Make sure the item type is: Replacement lamp
5. From "Expected lamp life" you can add the hours.
6. Click "Save"

Update the current lamp hours

By clicking on the current lamp hours, it is possible to update the hours.

You can also update the lamp hours easily from the item's item card by using either the Trail browser version, or the mobile app.

Replace lamp

By clicking on to the lamp plus -icon, it is possible to replace a lamp for the light fixture. Please know that by replacing the lamp, the quantity is expected to be taken from the consumable model's default location, and department.
