Widget: Rented productions

The Rented productions widget shows you on the homepage which productions have a rental period and when the rental starts and ends.

It keeps you up to date on the status of rented productions, and you notice in time when a rental period is about to end.

The widget requires that the Productions module is enabled.

What the widget shows

Each row is one production. The row shows:

  • Name: the name and number of the production. Click the name to open the production's view
  • Rent starts: the start date of the rental schedule
  • Rent ends: the end date of the rental schedule

If there are more productions than fit in the widget, you can browse them with the arrows in the top right corner of the list. Next to the arrows you can see which rows are shown and how many productions there are in total, for example 1–1 (1).

Which productions are shown in the widget

The widget retrieves productions based on their schedules. A production is shown on the list when it has a schedule whose type is Rent in or Rent out and which falls within the last six months.

If a production is missing from the list

  1. Open the production.
  2. In the Schedules section, check whether the production has a schedule whose type is Rent in or Rent out.
  3. If there is no schedule, click Add schedule, select Rent in or Rent out as the type, enter the start and end dates and click Create.
  4. If the schedule exists, check its dates. Rental schedules more than six months old are not shown in the widget.
