Productions List

The Productions Module is designed especially for managing the Opera and Ballet productions. It is not included in the basic Trail license and will be enabled separately upon request. Contact sales@trail.fi for a quotation and a trial.

Once the Productions Module is enabled it will appear on the top navigation bar for those users who have been granted reader or editor rights to Productions.

Productions list view

The productions list view shows all of your productions. In this view you will be able to:

  •        Search productions with the free text search
  •        Filter productions based on their status
  •        Open the production by clicking its name
  •        Create new productions
  •        Export the list of productions to an excel sheet

Explanation of the production list columns

You can sort the productions view by clicking the column titles

  1. The first column shows the production’s status. 
    1. Inactive: There are no schedules planned for this production and it is expected to be stored in the warehouse.
    2. Active: The production is scheduled for the future or has ongoing schedule.
    3. Attention: Attention is relevant to those customers who use standard parts outside of reservations. In this case, attention means that there is a conflict with the availability of the items.
  2. Number: A reference number for the production
  3. Name: The name of the production
  4. Type: Type of the production (these are explained in ‘Creating a new production’)
  5. Stage: the stage where the production is performed
  6. Premiere: The premiere of the production
  7. Insurance value: Total insurance value of the production’s set pieces, costume sets, and prop sets
  8. Storage units: Shows how many storage units are available
  9. Storage requirement: Shows how many storage units this production needs
  10. Locations: Locations from which the different sets are transported
