Productions list and production page

The Productions module gives your team one place to find productions and manage their details, schedules, set pieces, costume sets, and prop sets. Start in the productions list, then open a production to see and update its information.

Productions is an optional paid module. Contact sales@trail.fi to learn more. Once activated, the module appears for users with Productions reader or editor rights.

Find a production

  1. Open Productions module
  2. The list shows all active and inactive productions
      • Inactive: No current or upcoming schedule is recorded.
      • Active: A schedule is in progress or planned for the future.

From production list you can:

  1. Search needed production by its' name
  2. Filter productions based on their status
  3. Open the production by clicking its name
  4. Create new productions
  5. Export the list of productions to an excel sheet

The list shows its type, insurance value, storage information, and locations.

Use the production page

The production page brings its information together.

It shows the details entered when the production was created, along with its schedules, set pieces, costume sets, prop sets, and location information.

From this page, you can:

  1. Click Edit production to update its basic details.
  2. Add schedules to plan work and performances.
  3. Add set pieces, costume sets, and prop sets.
  4. Add attachments and, where applicable, item models used in the production.

For individual Trail items that can be reused in different productions, create a reservation and link it to the production.

Location information reflects the sets’ current locations and related transports.
