Creating a New Production
1. Open Productions module
2. Click Create a new production
3. Add the Production information:
Name: The production name (Mandatory field)
Number: A unique reference number for the production (Mandatory field)
Type: Select the applicable type from the drop-down menu (Ballet, Ballet School, Musical, Opera, Triple, Audience Collaboration)
Stage: Insert the name of the Stage being used. When you start typing, Trail will suggest applicable stages from your locations
Premiere: Select the premiere date from the calendar
Set Pieces Insurance: Set pieces’ insurance value
Costume Sets Insurance: Costume Sets’ insurance value
Props Insurance value: Props’ insurance value
Rotating: Adds a note to the Production’s details that it is a Rotating Production. Rotating Production means that the stage is a rotating stage
Rental: Adds a note to the Production’s details that it is a Rental Production. Rental Production means that the production is rented from another Opera
Description: An open text field for additional information regarding the production
4. Click Save
The new production's page opens and you can start filling other information (Schedules, Set pieces, Costume sets, Prop sets, Attachments)
