Transport list view and own page
The Transports module allows you to easily create and execute transports between different locations. This article guides you on where to find the transport plans and what the individual transport view looks like.

What is the Transports module?
- The Transports module is great feature to help planning and tracking transports.
- It is typically used in conjunction with the Productions module or reservations.
- Additional Feature: This is a paid feature requiring activation.
- Mobile use: Transport execution will require the use of the Trail iOS mobile application.
Transport list view
All created transports can be found through the Transports module.
The List View allows you to:
- Create new transports.
- View all current or finished transports.
- Accept / Reject transport requests.
- Search and filter transports based on status, date, or name, for example.

Individual transport page
By clicking on any transport plan, you will open its individual view. This view typically shows the following information and functions:

- Basic Information
- Description – Additional information about the transport.
- Production – If the Productions module is in use. This helps to assign the proposed equipment to the inventory of the specific production.
- Dates: When the transport should be executed.
- Status: (e.g., Planned, Accepted, Started, Ended)
- Location Information
- Shows the current main location of the set pieces.
- Set pieces, Costume Sets, Prop Sets, and Items
- Shows which items should be transported.
- New items can be added using the "Add" buttons.
- History
- Information on the transport timeline. E.g., when the transport was accepted or started.
