Logging in

Overview

Trail Asset Management system works in an internet browser including Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari. Each organisation has a unique Trail web address they can use to log in to their Trail environment. Trail has also a mobile app to support the usage.

Logging in

1. Go to your own Trail environment.

2. Add your own username (email address) and password.

3. Click the 'Login' or 'Enter' button.

4. If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' to be able to get a new one.

Logging in using a single sign-on system

If your Trail is integrated into your organisation's single sign-on system (for example, ADFS, Shibboleth), you can sign in to Trail with the same credentials as your other systems, to do this:

  • Go to your Trail environment.
  • Click the 'Login using single sign-on' button.
  • Trail will direct you to log in with your organisation ID and password.

Note: If your organisation does not currently use a single sign-on system but would be interested in integrating your organisation's SSO with Trail, please contact sales@trail.fi.

Initial view

  • After logging in, you will see the Trail homepage.
  • You can add default widgets by pressing the 'Add default widgets' button.
  • If you do not yet see any widgets (Home, Items, Investments etc.) on top row, please contact your Trail admin user and ask for user rights.
