Log in (mobile)

The Trail mobile app lets you take care of key tasks straight from your phone or tablet whenever you're away from your computer.

This guide covers downloading the app and logging in, either with your regular Trail credentials or with Single Sign-On (SSO).

The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Welcome to Trail mobile! ♥️

1. Download the app

Download the app using the links below, or search for "Trail Asset Management" directly from App Store or Google Play.

2. Log in with your Trail username and password

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your organisation's Trail address (e.g., organisation.trail.fi ).

  1. Tap Continue.
  2. Enter your email address and password.

  1. Tap Login.
  2. You'll be taken straight to the home page.

3. Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO or Okta)

Note: To use SSO on mobile, you must have logged in at least once via a browser first. This creates your user profile in Trail.

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your organisation's Trail address (e.g., organisation.trail.fi ).
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Skip email and password field
  5. Select Single Sign-On or Single Sign-On (Okta).

  1. Enter the username and password you normally use for SSO.
  2. You'll be redirected back into the Trail app, already logged in.

  • If you are interested in SSO, but it has not yet been enabled for your organization, please contact our sales team at sales@trail.fi for more information.
  • Do you have SSO enabled in the browser but not in the mobile app?
    • SSO must be enabled separately for the mobile app. You can find instructions in the next article: How to set up SSO.
