Creating a new reservation (mobile)

Users can create new reservations in Trail's iOS and Android mobile applications. The images in this document are from the iOS application.

User needs Reader or Editor rights to reservations to be able to make reservations

Creating a new reservation in the mobile app

1. Log in to the Trail mobile app. 

2. On the home page Click the '+' icon in the section Upcoming reservations

3. Add the reservation details: reservation title, location (optional), start time and end time, description (optional) and click Save on the top-right corner

4. Trail will return to the home page so open the Reservations in the Menu

5. Select the reservation you created on the list 

6. In order to reserve equipment, click the '+' icon on the top-right corner in the reservation's page

7. Give the number of items that you would need for each model. You can use the Search functionality for searching for models.

When you change the amount, Trail saves the amounts automatically to the reservation.

When you are ready, click the left arrow on the top-left corner, and Trail will direct you back to the reservation's page

8. The reservation is ready, you will see the number of items you have reserved for each model
