Widget: Open maintenance and Upcoming maintenance
The maintenance widgets keep you up to date on the maintenance status of your items straight from the homepage, without opening the Maintenance page. There are two widgets, and they complement each other:
- Open maintenance shows the maintenance work that are waiting to be handled or are in progress right now
- Upcoming maintenance shows the maintenance work that are coming up next according to the maintenance plans.
Together they tell you what needs to be dealt with right away and what you should prepare for.
Open maintenance
The Open maintenance widget shows the open maintenance of your items, and you can handle them straight from the widget. The most urgent maintenance are shown first, so you know right away what to deal with.
Each maintenance is on its own row. The row shows:
- Status: the status of the maintenance, for example Open or In maintenance
- Information: the manufacturer, model and ID of the item under maintenance, and the description of the maintenance. Click the item's name to open the item's own page.
- Action buttons: buttons that change according to the status of the maintenance
You can accept, reject, start and close maintenance straight from the widget. The buttons available depend on the status of the maintenance. For example, an open maintenance has the buttons Accept and Reject, and an item in maintenance has the button Close.
Upcoming maintenance
The Upcoming maintenance widget shows which planned maintenance are coming up next. It helps you schedule maintenance work in advance and make sure no periodic maintenance is missed.
The widget lists the maintenance of the maintenance plans by due date, nearest first. If a maintenance is not done, it stays on the list as a late maintenance.
Each row shows:
- Due date: the date by which the maintenance must be done
- Item: the item to be maintained and its ID
- Maintenance plan: the plan the maintenance belongs to
- Location: the location of the item
If there are many maintenance tasks, the list is divided into several pages, which you can browse using the page numbers at the bottom of the list.
Click Show all > if you want to move to the planned maintenance tasks.
