Deleting equipment in the Lendings Application
Trail Lendings Application allows users to delete items that they posses. Reasons for deletion are broken item, lost item, stolen item. This action will remove the item from the asset register.
Deleting an item in the Lendings Application
1. Identify the employee with their ID card or by their name
2. Click the red Delete button on the item row you want to delete
3. Select the reason for deletion from the drop-down menu, provide a description (optional), and click Delete
The item will be deleted from the employee's card and the Trail asset register. Individual items can still be found in the Trail Asset Management system but they are marked as deleted. On stock models, the quantity will be decreased and the reason can be found from 'Lending history'.
