Maintenance exports

You can export different reports of maintenances from Trail. Note that there's also a separate report view of maintenances under Reports -module. In this article we focus on reports that are found under Maintenance -module.

Exporting a maintenance excel from Maintenance work -tab

From the maintenance work tab, you can export Excel sheets from the listed maintenances. On the up right corner of the page, you can find the 'Export to file' link. Trail will generate and download an Excel sheet.

Note that you can also filter the maintenances shown on the file. In the example picture we are exporting an Excel sheet of all the maintenances that were closed between dates 1.1.2021 - 31.7.2021. 

Exporting a maintenance excel from Scheduled maintenances -tab

You can export an Excel sheet of the visible maintenances from the Scheduled maintenances view. Note that you can also filter the maintenances that will be shown on the export with different search options
