Widget: Investment planning

Investment planning -widget shows you the overall investment plan as a bar graph.
The investments that are in yellow have already been made and the investments that are in blue show future investments.
This info is also shown in top right corner. 
On the graph horizontal axis shows the time in years and vertical axis shows investment in euros.
By taking your cursor over a bar you can see that years overall investment in numbers.
