Widget: Recently updated items
The Recently updated items widget shows you at a glance which items' information or location has most recently been changed.
It helps you follow how item information is being updated and easily return to items that were handled recently.
What the widget shows
An item moves onto the list whenever its information or location is changed. The most recent change is shown at the top.
The list has three columns:
- Status: the status of the item
- Item: the manufacturer and model of the item and the unique item ID
- Updated: the time when the item's information was last changed
You can use the search to find the item you need.
Click Show all > if you want to see the whole list. The list opens on the Items page in the order of the date of the update.
Users with editor level user rights to items can also edit or delete items directly from this view.
