Why can't I see an item or a module?

Trail shows modules according to your user rights and items according to your department rights. For organisations who have location based user rights, items may also be hidden due to location access.

Ask your organisation’s Trail admin user to check your user group, module rights, and department or location access.

If you have no department access, you may not see item information.
